Shipping and Delivery
Where is my shipment?
When your order ships, you will be e-mailed a tracking number. Please log in to your account and check your Order Status for shipment information.
An item is missing from my shipment.
Please double check the tracking information for your order and make sure that there are not multiple boxes for your tracking number. If there are, there is a chance the shipping service may not have delivered all the boxes.
If you have received all the boxes but still cannot find the item, please contact Customer Support.
My product is missing parts.
Please inspect the packaging thoroughly to make sure parts have not been lost in packaging material. All product arrives at our facility pre-packaged by the manufacturer. Please contact Customer Support, and we can ship a replacement, or you may return the product to us for a credit.
When will my order ship?
There are three processes involved with your order: Processing Time + Warehouse Time + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time.
- Processing Time: One or two days to review your order, process payment, verify ship to address. If there are any problems within this process, you will be contacted by Customer Support.
**Note - we do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for weekend orders. Maximum 1-2 Business Days.
- Warehouse Time: After your order is processed, it will be forwarded to the warehouse for packaging and shipping. If the product is in stock, it will be shipped within 1-2 days.
**Note - Stock availability is indicated on our website, however high demand items may sell out faster than our website indicators can display. Maximum 1-2 Business Days.
- Shipment Time: The transit time required by the shipping company to deliver your product. If you select standard shipping, transit time may be as long as 5-6 business days within the continental U.S. Expedited shipping methods are available for 2nd Day and Next Day shipments.
** Note - Next Day shipments may not be able to ship on the same day due to processing and warehouse time.
How much is my shipping?
Stockmeup.com provides the option to automatically calculate and display shipping charges whenever you place an item in your shopping cart. Simply add an item to your cart, and a Shipping Calculator will be added in your shopping cart. Enter your Zip Code, and your shipping options and charges will be displayed.
Can I track my package?
When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.

How do I return my product?
All product returns must be authorized. Please contact Customer Support, and we will do our best to expedite your request.

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Please contact Customer Support, and we will do our best to expedite your request.
What is the StockMeUp Return Policy?
We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Should you ever be unhappy with your purchase please let us know. We will do everything we can to fix whatever issue you have. Within the first 15 days from purchase, you can return your product for a refund, an exchange or a credit.

StockMeUp accepts all major credit/debit cards.
We also accept PayPal as a payment option.
Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes, StockMeUp does accept PayPal as a payment option.
When will my credit/debit card be charged?
Your credit/debit card will be charged during the order processing stage. This generally takes place within 1-2 days of the order being placed.
When will a credit appear on my account?
A credit will appear on your account after StockMeUp's Receiving department has inspected any returned package. If the customer is determined to be without fault, a credit will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Customers in the following states will be charges Sales Tax: KS and WA. Residents of all other states will be exempt from Sales Tax.
